What is Hamacas Country Villas?

Hamacas broke ground in late 2010 by the development company Yffert and is a 52 home development that offers houses in starting at 104,000 USD. Centrally located in San Antonio Tlayacapan, one of Lake Chapala's surrounding towns, just east of Ajijic and only a 25 minute drive from the Guadalajara International Airport. It is conveniently situated close to shopping centers, grocery stores, a gym and many popular restaurants. All located within a 5 minute walking distance of Hamacas. Some include Tony's restaurant, Sunrise, Super Lake, Walmart and the new shopping center Centro Laguna where you will find banks, a movie theater, casino and food courts. Hamacas is being built in conjunction with the same development company that constructed El Parque Villas, one of Lakeside's most popular developments. El Parque Villas which was completed with over 100 homes built is known for its saltwater pool, friendly neighbors and prime location. Do you have financing?

Yes, we do have financing in-house with the development company for the time your home is being built (3-5 months) or we can put you in touch with a third party mortgage company for long term loans. We have two payment options:

  1. 20% down and 80% upon completion of your home, which means you pay listing price.  
  2. 50% down and 50% upon completion of your home, where we give you a discount off the listing price.

You have the options to select from 4 models and floor plans, Jardines, Veranda, Lantana and Montañas. All models can have certain customizations including: A rooftop mirador, backyard fountain, cantera finishes, granite kitchen countertops and many others.
